All of our coffees are roasted to optimize the unique flavors and character of the growing region and process. This typically results in coffees that are considered light roasts (excluding espresso).
A balanced 50/50 blend of Guatemala Baja Verapaz Cubulco and Nicaragua Matagalpa Organic Washed, roasted light to highlight the clarity, sweetness, and distinct character of each origin.
The Guatemalan component brings crisp acidity, structured sweetness, and a clean, lively character, while the organic washed Nicaraguan coffee adds a smooth body, gentle fruit character, and rounded sweetness.
